Gold Buckle Futurities (GBF) is dedicated to advancing the rope horse industry. Our initiative aims to highlight the next generation of elite rope horses, elevating the industry and strengthening futurity horses.

Established in 2022, Gold Buckle Futurities set out to organize events where ropers can compete for substantial prizes, thereby boosting the value of contemporary rope horses In just our first two events, we paid out over $1.3 million.

Looking ahead, Gold Buckle Futurities is committed to expanding our reach and impact. We plan to host more competitions across the country, providing increased opportunities for ropers, stallion owners, and breeders alike. Our focus remains on fostering excellence and innovation within the rope horse community, supporting the development of promising horses. Through continued investment in our events and partnerships, we aim to elevate the standard of competition and ensure a bright future for the rope horse industry.

Our objective is to establish an organization that exhibits the future elite prospects in Breakaway, Tie Down, and Team Roping. Ultimately, we aim to advance training programs and promote the breeding and training of rope horses.
